Bridge and Lescott in line to return against Hull Manchester City have revealed both Wayne Bridge and Joleon Lescott are in line to feature against Hull on Saturday.

Bridge has been out of action since suffering a knee injury against former club Chelsea on December 5, while Lescott had knee surgery after suffering a problem at Bolton the following week.

The news will be a big boost for Roberto Mancini, who has had to contend with a series of injury issues in defence since his arrival at Eastlands.

"I spoke to Joleon yesterday and he is very happy," City fitness coach Ivan Carminati told the Manchester Evening News. "His knee is very strong and unless things change he could be involved in the next match - and so could Wayne Bridge."

Should Bridge play, he will undoubtedly be the focus of attention due to the current allegations surrounding John Terry's affair with his former partner.
